Property types we consider
We review each property individually, including:
- Houses, bungalows and flats in any condition
- Tenanted properties, with the tenancy continuing
- Short-lease and leasehold properties
- Non-standard construction and other unmortgageable homes
- Inherited and probate properties
- Empty homes
Landlords
Since 1 May 2026, landlords in England can no longer use section 21 notices. Selling with the tenant in place avoids notice periods and court time. Our guide to selling a tenanted property explains the new rules.
